Provision of materials and Accident Intervention Service to Automatic Fire Extinguishing Systems in RATBV SAs means of transport

The RATBV S.A. in Romania from Europe region has released this tender for The contracting entity aims to purchase materials and the service of accidental intervention to the automatic fire extinguishing installations in the means of transport for buses and trolleybuses in the fleet operated by RATBV SA Brasov. The provision of materials and the provision of services on time determine the provision of the necessary conditions for the operative intervention to restore the installations to operation and the fulfillment of the conditions for the exit of public transport means in traffic with the automatic fire extinguishing system in optimal and operating parameters and will have the following socio-economic benefits: • ensuring the functional fleet of vehicles; • increasing the degree of comfort offered to customers; • increasing the degree of customer satisfaction in relation to the services offered by the company; • increasing the level of security of end customers, travel The components, materials and spare parts offered for automatic fire extinguishing installations must be original OE (Original Equipment) parts or parts approved and certified directly by the system manufacturer, FOGMAKER International AB. All materials supplied must comply with the technical specifications of the installation manufacturer. The products and quantities required are included in the annexes to the Specifications, which are an integral part thereof, the acquisition being to be made on the basis of a Framework Agreement for 48 months, through subsequent contracts, concluded with a frequency of 2 months, depending on the needs of the contracting entity, with the resumption of the competition. The award of subsequent contracts will be achieved by resumption of the competition between the economic operators signatory to the framework agreement, in accordance with the provisions of the award documentation and applicable legislation. In the awarding stage of subsequent contracts, the resumption of the competition will be carried out partially, on the financial component, respectively the price, and the term of service provision. The mechanism for awarding subsequent contracts by resumption of the competition will be carried out with a frequency of [6 months], while the unit prices in the Framework Agreement will be subject to adjustment/indexation with an annual frequency (every 12 months from the date of signing the framework agreement), based on the adjustment formula established in this documentation. Within each procedure for resumption of the competition, the starting prices (maximum permitted ceilings) will be the unit prices in the Framework Agreement in force on the date of sending the invitation to re-bid, respectively: the initial prices offered (for competition resumptions in the first 12 months) or the prices updated by the annual adjustment formula (for competition resumptions organized after each year of the Framework Agreement) with tender notice no. 700451-2026 published on 12 Oct 2026.
