Any request for clarifications must be transmitted in SEAP (https://e-licitatie.ro/pub). Number of days to which clarifications can be requested before the deadline for submitting offers: In accordance with Art. 160 para. (2) of Law no. 98/2016 with the subsequent modifications and completions, the contracting authority establishes the deadline in which the economic operators can send requests for clarification, respectively in which it will respond to all the clarification requests/ additional information, as follows: 1. The deadline by which any interested economic operator has the right to request additional clarifications or information regarding the award documentation is 20 days before the deadline for submission of tenders. 2. The contracting authority shall respond clearly and completely to all requests for clarification on the 11th day before the deadline for submitting tenders. The term of response to clarifications has been established so that the economic operators have an adequate period for analyzing the award documentation and, subsequently, for the elaboration of the offers through the answers offered by the Contracting Authority.
