The AUTORITATEA PENTRU DIGITALIZAREA ROMANIEI in Romania from Europe region has released this tender for The object of the procurement is the renewal/reactivation of technical support services related to existing Oracle licenses used by the Authority for the Digitalization of Romania, for a period of 24 months from the date of effective activation/reactivation of the support services, under the conditions and in compliance with the requirements set out in the Specifications. Throughout the period of provision of support services, whenever new versions, updates, patches, security fixes or upgrades related to Oracle components that are the subject of the Contract become available, the Contractor shall ensure their installation and implementation without delay, in compliance with the compatibility conditions and the applicable technical documentation. The activities performed by the Contractors specialized personnel are included in the technical support services that are the subject of the Contract and in the price offered for them. ADR holds Processor Perpetual licenses, related to a 64 Core x86 configuration (32 Oracle licenses), for which the provision of technical support services is requested. Full details regarding the services that are the subject of the acquisition can be found in the Specifications, an integral part of the award documentation. Any interested Economic Operator has the right to request clarifications or additional information regarding the Award Documentation. The number of days before the deadline for submission of Tenders until Economic Operators can request clarifications is 18 days before the deadline for submission of Tenders. Any request for clarifications must be submitted via SEAP (www.e-licitatie.ro), after the Economic Operator has registered for the award procedure the Contracting Authority will respond (by means of the consolidated response) clearly and completely to all Requests for clarifications and to all requests for additional information received from interested Economic Operators no later than the 11th day before the deadline for submission of Tenders. with tender notice no. 695577-2026 published on 08 Oct 2026.
