During the contract period, the following activities will be conducted: - 1 (one) integrated monitoring campaign, scheduled to last 10 working days at sea in the transitional, coastal, and national marine waters, including, where applicable, in the open sea/EEZ. The campaign will have embarkation/disembarkation points at C-ța Port, Romania, with the exact location to be determined by mutual agreement between AC and Contractor. The effective campaign implementation period will be set by AC, based on the project schedule, hydro-meteorological conditions, scientific team availability, navigation safety, and reporting requirements for the year 2026. During the expedition, the following activities will be carried out: • Mobilisation of the vessel, crew, equipment, and materials necessary for the campaign; • Embarkation of the scientific team and campaign equipment/materials; • Movement of the vessel towards the monitoring stations established by AC; • Positioning of the vessel at the monitoring stations and ensuring working conditions for conducting measurements and sample collection; • Conducting in situ measurements, including CTD profiling, where specified in the campaign plan; • Collection of water, sediment, plankton, benthos, and marine biota samples, in accordance with the technical and methodological requirements established by AC; • Operation of oceanographic and sampling equipment provided on board or made available for the campaign; • Ensuring working spaces and facilities on board for primary processing, labelling, preservation, and temporary storage of samples; • Ensuring accommodation, meals, safety, and working conditions for the scientific team on board; • Completion of campaign documentation, including the vessel log, station positions, operation sheets, and supporting documents related to activities performed; • Submission of raw/primary data generated by equipment provided by the Contractor, including CTD files, coordinates, depths, relevant navigation data, and other information necessary for campaign validation, to AC; • The vessel, crew, equipment, and materials necessary for the campaign execution. • The deadline for economic operators to request clarifications/additional information regarding the assignment documentation content: up to the 18th day before the deadline for submitting tenders (the deadline for tender submission is not counted); • The deadline within which the contracting authority will respond to clarifications regarding the assignment documentation content: up to the 11th day before the deadline for submitting tenders (the deadline for tender submission is not counted). In the event that one or more of the established dates fall on non-working days, the next working day will be considered, provided that the minimum deadline before the tender submission deadline is respected.
