The SPEEH HIDROELECTRICA SA in Romania from Europe region has released this tender for The contract object represents the implementation of works: Retehnologizare C.H.E. Gogoșu, which mainly include: - Modernization of the hydraulic turbine; - Modernization of the generator; - Modernization of the electrical and control systems; - Modernization of auxiliary installations; - Implementation of SCADA systems; - Commissioning of the modernized equipment. CHE Gogoșu is part of the Hydroelectric and Navigation System Porțile de Fier II. The Gogoșu Hydroelectric Plant was put into operation during the period 1993-1994, but the technological solutions adopted due to the conditions of that period are at the level of the 1980s (preserving the design already applied to CHE Porțile de Fier II) and therefore, the equipment and installations were already in a state of moral wear at the time of commissioning. The additional Romanian hydroelectric plant (CHE Gogoșu) ret ehnologization is required due to the ret ehnologization of CHE Porțile de Fier I and CHE Porțile de Fier II, considering their integration into a single command, automation and control system (cascade dispatcher). Within the ret ehnologization operation (replacement) of the Hydroaggregate and Auxiliary Hydroaggregate Installations, the following main activities are planned (applicable to both hydroaggregates and the plant): 1. Hydraulic turbine KOT 28 – 7,45 – Rotor turbine (bush, mechanisms, blades): replacement of the turbine rotor after re-design; the current geometry of the rotor chamber, bush and nozzle will be preserved; turbine/aggregate parameters will comply with the Agreement with the Serbian side (same as the modernized turbines from PF2) - Rotor chamber: replacement with stainless steel rotor chamber, both the upper part (unenclosed) and the lower part (currently enclosed) 2. Turbine control system - Speed regulator: complete replacement - Pressurized oil group: complete replacement including pumping systems, clamps, pipe runs; rehabilitation of GUP reservoirs in place (control NDT, local repairs, cleaning and anti-corrosive protection externally) 3. Hydroaggregate auxiliary equipment (mechanical part – turbine) - Complete replacement except for lubrication reservoirs which will be rehabilitated 4. Generator - Replacement of generator. The generator will be equipped with a complete new static excitation system 5. Generator auxiliary installations - Replacement 6. Auxiliary installations of the Block and Plant - Complete replacement except for the metal structure of the plane valve, oil supply reservoirs, compressed air installation reservoirs, which will be rehabilitated. As a result of the approval of the investment objective, the Design Department has prepared the technical-economic documentation for the acquisition of ret ehnologization works, which has been approved by CTE HE with approval number CTE nr. 212/2025. with tender notice no. 680924-2026 published on 07 Oct 2026.
