The Municipiul Craiova in Romania from Europe region has released this tender for The Contracting Authority intends to carry out investments that will actively contribute to the development of Craiova Municipality, to the improvement of the standard of living and comfort of the inhabitants of Craiova Municipality. These measures will require extensive new construction works, rehabilitation - including energy, modernization, expansion, consolidation and development of the infrastructure and buildings under the administration of Craiova Municipality. In this regard, the need to award a framework agreement was identified with the object of services for drawing up technical and economic documentation necessary for the implementation of projects carried out by Craiova Municipality, according to the requirements of the specifications no. 209044/10.09.2026 rev 3. The activities deemed necessary for the achievement of each investment objective are found in the annex to the present specifications (annex of the tender form for each lot in particular) with minimum-maximum quantities estimated both for a subsequent contract and for the framework agreement. These quantities represent estimates of the quantities that could be requested for the entire duration of the framework agreement, which may vary without exceeding the maximum quantities and the maximum value of the framework agreement established by the award documentation, depending on the needs of the contracting authority. The modification of the Framework Agreement/Public Procurement Contract, during its validity period, is made under the conditions provided for in art.221 of Law no. 98/2016, as subsequently amended and supplemented.
