The Consiliul Judetean Arad in Romania from Europe region has released this tender for Within this procedure, technical and economic documentation development services are proposed (Intervention Works Approval Documentation - DALI and Technical Project + Execution Details - PthDE) and Technical Assistance from the designer, for the left wing of the C1 building, floor 5, with a built area of ​​approximately 572 sq m, which will also integrate the existing Technical Project for the right wing of the same building with a built area of ​​780 sq m, resulting in the rehabilitation of the entire 5th level of the C1 building, with a built area of ​​1,352 sq m. The development of the technical and economic documentation for the achievement of the investment objective "Rehabilitation of hospital services in the field of cardiovascular medicine at the Arad County Emergency Clinical Hospital", will be done by consulting and integrating the existing Technical Project, for the area of ​​780 sq m, so that there are no inconsistencies between the medical flows and the facilities provided for both projects on the entire building level. The purpose of this project is the internal refunctionalization through re-compartmentation, restoration of interior finishes, replacement of joinery and proposal/replacement/re-integration of installations for building C1, floor 5, cardiology department within the Arad County Emergency Hospital and involves the implementation of the following stages:  Completion and appropriation of the Design Theme;  Completion of the Technical Expertise;  Preparation of documentation for approvals and agreements and their obtaining, preparation of specific studies, according to the Urbanism Certificate and specific to the field in which the investment falls, specific to the DALI phase. The equivalent of the fees for obtaining approvals and agreements will be borne by the Contracting Authority - Arad County;  Preparation of technical-economic documentation, DALI phase - Approval Documentation of the intervention works - with the presentation of two technical-economic solutions, according to the framework - content of GD 907/2016;  Preparation of documentation for approvals and agreements and their obtaining, specific to the DTAC+DTOE phase, according to the Urbanism Certificate and specific to the field in which the investment falls, necessary to obtain the Building Permit. The equivalent of the fees for obtaining approvals and agreements will be borne by the Contracting Authority - Arad County;  Preparation of technical-economic documentation DTAC + DTOE phase for the Building Permit, including verification of the documentation by certified project verifiers, their submission for obtaining the Building Permit and obtaining the Building Permit;  Preparation of PTh + DE including verification of the documentation by certified project verifiers, according to the framework - content of GD 907/2016;  Technical assistance from the designer. In accordance with the provisions of art. 160 paragraph. (1) of Law no. 98/2016, with subsequent amendments and completions,the deadline by which any interested economic operator has the right to request clarifications or additional information in relation to the award documentation is a maximum of 20 days before the deadline for submission of tenders, and the deadline within which the contracting authority will respond clearly and completely to all requests for clarification/additional information is the 12th day before the deadline for submission of tenders, in accordance with art. 161 of Law 98/2016. with tender notice no. 699687-2026 published on 09 Oct 2026.
