The Ministry of National Defence - Military Unit 02311 Constanța in Romania from Europe region has released this tender for The total duration of the design services is 60 months, broken down as follows: The provision of services will start from the date of notification to the Contractor by the Contracting Authority, in accordance with the terms set in the Design and Execution Contract concluded by the Contracting Authority with the Contractor, and the completion of services will be carried out at the final acceptance of works. In this regard, for estimating the time duration related to the Project Consultancy and Site Management Services, the following stages will be considered: - 24 months, a period that includes the time from the date specified in the Start of Works Order issued by the Contracting Authority to the Contractor, up to the completion of the final acceptance. - 36 months, a period that includes the supervision for the warranty period of works (the duration of the warranty period, from the date of signing the Acceptance Protocol to the completion of works until the Final Acceptance). The following services will be acquired: 1.1. Consultancy services during the preparation phase of works execution; 1.2. Consultancy services during the execution of works: - Consultancy services in support of works execution management; - Consultancy services related to design and technical assistance provided by the designer; - Consultancy services for approval of work programs, installations, equipment, execution, technologies, and materials of the Contractor; - Consultancy services for supervision of works. 1.3. Consultancy services for works acceptance: - Consult: Consultancy services for acceptance at the completion of works; - Consultancy services for final acceptance after the expiration of the warranty period. 1.4. Consultancy services during the warranty period between the acceptance at completion of works and final acceptance.
