The purpose of this documentation is the acquisition of related products and services for the implementation of the "Intelligent Measurement System SMI 27.94k serving 27,943 predominantly household consumers in BACĂU and NEAMȚ counties", in accordance with the Specifications and its Annexes. Any request for clarification must be submitted to SEAP (http://sicap-prod.e-licitatie.ro/pub). Number of days until which clarifications can be requested before the deadline for submitting offers: 20 days. The contracting entity's response to these requests will be sent on the 11th day before the deadline set for submitting bids in accordance with art. 173 of Law 99/2016.
