The NATIONAL ROAD INFRASTRUCTURE MANAGEMENT COMPANY S.A. in Romania from Europe region had released this tender for II.1.4 Brief description of the contract or purchase/purchases Object of the contract Supervision Services: "Design and execution for the completion of the Brașov Motorway – Târgu Mureș – Cluj – Oradea, Section 3C: Suplacu de Barcău – Borș, Subsection 3C1: Suplacu de Barcău - Chiribiș (km 4+200 - km 30+550)" will consist of providing of high quality supervision services both during the design period and execution of the works, as well as during the warranty period of the works, in order to track the correct use of available funds and to ensure that the Contractor designs and executes the works in accordance with the contractual obligations, especially in terms of design duration, quantity, quality and cost and of the works. In accordance with Art. 160 para. (1) from Law no. 98/2016 with subsequent amendments and additions, the deadline until which any economic operator interested in participating in the public procurement procedure has the right to request clarifications or additional information in relation to the documentation of award is 18 days before the deadline for submission of offers. In the in accordance with the provisions of art. 160 para. (2) from Law 98/2016 with amendments and subsequent additions, the Contracting Authority sets a single deadline in which he will respond to all requests for clarification/additional information, as follows: 11 days before the deadline for submission of offers. Deadline of response to the clarifications was established so that the economic operators have an adequate period for analyzing the award documentation and, subsequently, for elaboration of the offers through the prism of the answers provided by the Contracting Authority. In accordance with Art. 104 paragraph (8) of Law no. 98/2016, the Authority The contracting party opts for the subsequent purchase of new similar services by to the bidder whose bid will be declared the winner in this procedure of public procurement in the amount of 7,034,996.65 lei without VAT, the amount representing 20% of the estimated value of the contract (without provisioned amounts and implementation reserves). The Total Estimated Value of the contract (including similar services) is 45,976,478.24 lei without VAT. The minimum value of the interval from Section II.1.5 represents the value estimate of the present procedure, according to which the offer will be developed and evaluated, and the maximum value of the interval from Section II.1.5 represents the estimated value which contains both the estimated value of the present procedure and the value of the possible ones similar new services according to art. 104 paragraph (8) of Law no. 98/2016. with tender notice no. 742277-2023 published on 07 Dec 2023.
