In accordance with the provisions of art. 160 para. (1) of Law no. 98/2016 with subsequent amendments and completions, the deadline by which any economic operator interested in participating in the public procurement procedure has the right to request clarifications or additional information in relation to the award documentation is 18 days before the deadline for submitting tenders. In accordance with the provisions of art. 160 paragraph (2) of Law 98/2016 with subsequent amendments and completions, the Contracting Authority establishes a single deadline within which it will respond to all requests for clarification/additional information, as follows: 11 days before the deadline for submitting tenders. The deadline for responding to clarifications was established so that economic operators have an adequate period to analyze the award documentation and, subsequently, to prepare tenders in light of the responses provided by the Contracting Authority. In accordance with the provisions of art. 104 paragraph (8) of Law no. 98/2016, the Contracting Authority opts for the subsequent purchase of new similar services from the tenderer whose bid will be declared the winner in this public procurement procedure in the amount of 2,694,400.00 lei excluding VAT, the value representing 20% ​​of the estimated value of the contract (excluding provisions and implementation reserves). The Total Estimated Value of the contract (including similar services) is 17,673,600.00 lei excluding VAT.
