The COMMUNE VALEA IASULUI (COMMUNE VALEA IASULUI PRIMARIA) in Romania from Europe region has released this tender for The photovoltaic system will consist of a total of 480 solar panels, each with a nominal power of 625W (watt). The panels will be mounted on a metal structure anchored to the ground, oriented to maximize solar radiation capture throughout the day. The chosen configuration ensures a high efficiency of solar energy conversion into electrical energy and increased durability over time, as the panels are designed to withstand diverse climatic conditions. The total installed power at the photovoltaic field (panel level) will be 300.0 kWp (kilowatt-peak), reflecting the maximum capacity for electricity generation under standard test conditions (STC). For converting the continuous current produced by the panels into alternating current usable in the grid or for self-consumption, the system will be equipped with three (three) high-efficiency inverters, each with a power of 100 kW. Therefore, the total installed power at the inverter level will be 300.0 kW, ensuring an adequate capacity to absorb and convert the electricity generated by the photovoltaic field, with a technical reserve that allows operation under peak conditions and optimizes the overall performance of the power plant. The system has been designed to allow easy integration into the local electrical grid and to support the self-consumption needs of the community infrastructure. The technical components selection was based on an energy and economic feasibility analysis, taking into account the local climate specifics, solar radiation conditions, as well as the objective of maximizing operational efficiency. This technical configuration will not only ensure continuous production of green energy but also efficient energy flow control through intelligent inverters, which monitor essential system parameters and contribute to the safe, durable, and economical operation of the photovoltaic power plant. The electricity produced by the photovoltaic plant will be fed into the electrical grid through a connection point at 20kV voltage level, in the 20 kV line cell specified in PC 20kV CEF Valea Iasului. This technical solution has been approved by ATR no. 001500044662/29.04.2025. The works for implementing the connection installation as per the technical approval will be carried out within another project.
