Supporting documents: 1) For Romanian/foreign legal entities: Certificate of establishment issued by the Trade Registry Office / operating authorization / other equivalent documents, which show that the bidder has in the field of activity, the activities that are the subject of this contract (CAEN codes). By submitting the certificate of establishment, the bidder assumes responsibility for the fact that the information contained in the submitted document is valid / real on the date of presentation of the document. 2) For Romanian/foreign individuals: presentation of documents proving a form of registration / certification or professional membership, which show that the bidder has in the field of activity, the activities that are the subject of this contract (CAEN codes). By submitting the documents, the bidder assumes responsibility for the fact that the information contained in the submitted document is valid / real on the date of presentation of the document. The documents proving a form of registration as a legal/natural person shall be in accordance with the legal provisions of the country in which the candidate/bidder/associate is established and shall be presented in original/legalized copy, by the bidder, associate, subcontractor, for the part of the contract that they perform. 3) Electricity supply license issued by ANRE, according to Law no. 123/2012 - art.8 - Electricity Law, valid on the date of presentation of the document. 4) Declaration on own responsibility regarding the obligation to ensure the validity of the supply license issued by ANRE, for the duration of the contract. with tender notice no. 717420-2026 published on 16 Oct 2026.
