Supply of musical instruments, including services related to testing and reception, transport and service during the warranty period, respectively musical instrument reconditioning services for the Dinu Lipatti State Philharmonic in Satu Mare - 5 lots

The JUDETUL SATU MARE in Romania from Europe region has released this tender for Contracts for the supply of musical instruments, including services related to testing and acceptance, transport and service during the warranty period, respectively musical instrument reconditioning services for the Dinu Lipatti State Philharmonic of Satu Mare within the CultuRO-HUb project, financed by the INTERREG VI-A Romania-Hungary Programme. A public procurement procedure with 19 lots was initiated in this regard on 07.05.2026, but in the case of five lots the procedure was cancelled: Lot 1 – Celesta, Lot 4 – Percussion instruments, Lot 11 – Trumpets, Lot 12 – Saxophones, Lot 13 – Clarinet. These musical instruments, for which it was necessary to cancel the award procedure, are the subject of the acquisition through this procedure, having been established as a priority by the Philharmonics management, taking into account the intentions of institutional and artistic development, the repertoire and professional activities, respectively the current level of endowment of the Philharmonic. Through this open tender procedure, 5 contracts will be acquired according to the specifications and awarded, as follows: - Lot 1 - Acquisition of celesta, including services related to testing and reception, transport and service during the warranty period (CPV code 37311400-5 Celesta); - Lot 4 - Acquisition of percussion instruments, including services related to testing and reception, transport and service during the warranty period (CPV code 37316000-6 Percussion instruments); - Lot 11 – Purchase of trumpets, including services related to testing and acceptance, transport and service during the warranty period (CPV code 37312100-9 Trumpets); - Lot 12 – Purchase of saxophones, including services related to testing and acceptance, transport and service during the warranty period (CPV code 37312400-2 Saxophones); - Lot 13 – Purchase of clarinets, including services related to testing and acceptance, transport and service during the warranty period (CPV code 37314100-3 Clarinets). Requests for clarification will be addressed by the 19th day before the deadline set for submitting offers.
