The Contracting Authority - Purchaser shall respond clearly and completely to all requests for clarifications on the 11th day before the deadline for submission of tenders. The deadline for responding to clarifications has been established, in accordance with the provisions of art. 161 of Law no. 98/2016 with subsequent amendments and completions, so that economic operators have an adequate period to analyze the award documentation and, subsequently, to prepare their tenders in light of the responses provided by the Contracting Authority - Purchaser. Requests for clarifications shall be submitted in editable format, in SEAP, signed with an extended electronic signature. The Contracting Authority is not obliged to respond to requests for clarifications/additional information that have not been addressed within the deadline established in section I.3 of the Data Sheet. with tender notice no. 710584-2026 published on 14 Oct 2026.
