Supply of tipper vans

The REGIA NATIONALA A PADURILOR - ROMSILVA RA in Romania from Europe region had released this tender for The National Forest Administration – Romsilva wishes to purchase tipper vans (category N1, pick-up type, 4x4 traction), necessary for carrying out specific field activities, transporting personnel and materials specific to the forestry sector, as well as for intensifying the guarding and monitoring actions of the forest fund, in the structures administered by the National Forest Administration – Romsilva, at the level of the forestry directorates and subordinate forestry districts, by concluding a supply contract with a duration of 12 months (120 days from the date of placing the order). Quantity: 50 tipper vans with a minimum warranty period of 36 months or minimum 100,000 km. The purchaser will be able to request to supplement the contract quantity with a maximum of 5 vans, at the same unit prices in euros and under the same technical and warranty conditions as for the initial quantity. The option shall be notified in writing and recorded by an addendum, without renegotiation of the unit prices. The duration of the contract may be extended by a maximum of 6 months for the execution of the option, without exceeding 18 months in total. The maximum quantity is 55 vans.
