The AGENTIA NATIONALA DE CADASTRU ADVERTISED IMOBILIARA in Romania from Europe region has released this tender for Systematic registration services in the Integrated Cadastre and Land Registry System of real estate in 92 ATUs through the Regional Operational Program - Major Project on Increasing the coverage and inclusion of the property registration system in rural areas of Romania The main stages of providing systematic registration services consist of organizing systematic cadastral works land recognition preparing the preliminary report according to the provisions of the specifications conducting a public information campaign identifying the boundaries of real estate establishing the boundaries of real estate located within the built-up area establishing the boundaries of real estate located outside the built-up area preparing the real estate data sheet identifying the owners and collecting documents drawing up technical documents of the cadastre publishing technical documents of the cadastre receiving and resolving requests for rectification updating technical documents of the cadastre The acquisition is carried out on 92 lots with the conclusion of multi-annual contracts In accordance with the provisions of art 160 paragraph 2 of Law no 98 2016 ANCPI establishes a deadline for requests for clarifications formulated by economic operators and to respond clearly and completely to all requests for clarifications additional information that may be requested during the period of submission of tenders Given the possibility of introducing the award procedure into the ex-ante verification program of ANAP when establishing the deadline the deadline was also taken into account the term necessary for the verification of the response proposal by ANAP in accordance with the provisions of art 8 paragraph 2 of GD no 419 2018 The contracting authority is obliged to send to ANAP the proposal for a consolidated response formulated to requests for clarifications additional information at least 4 days before the deadline or as the case may be the response deadlines established by the participation notice simplified participation contest concession Number of days until which clarifications can be requested 20 days before the deadline for submitting bids ANCPI will respond clearly and completely to all requests for clarifications according to the provisions of paragraph 1 art 161 of Law no 98 2016 on the 11th day before the deadline set for submitting bids If these deadlines end on non-working days the authority will respond on the last working day before the respective deadline with tender notice no. 664040-2026 published on 07 Oct 2026.
