Cantitati estimate minime si maxime Acord cadru : Conform Anexelor de cantitati aferente lotului 1 si lotului 2, atasate prezentei documentatii. Cantitatile estimate contracte subsecvente: Conform Anexelor de cantitati aferente lotului 1 si lotului 2, atasate prezentei documentatii. Frecventa contractelor subsecvente ce urmeaza a fi atribuite: Conform documentatiei de atribuire Valoarea estimata a celui mai mare contract subsecvent pentru fiecare lot in parte este: Lot 1 Transformatoare de curent: 1.998.135,95 lei fara TVA Lot 2 Transformatoare de tensiune: 595.696,18 lei fara TVA Operatorii economici interesați pot solicita clarificări sau informații suplimentare până cel târziu în a 19-a zi înainte de termenul-limită de depunere a solicitărilor de participare/ofertelor, iar Entitatea Contractanta va raspunde in mod clar si complet tuturor solicitarilor de clarificari adresate de operatorii economici până la termenul-limită stabilit - conform art. 29 alin. (3) din HG 394/2016. Entitatea contractantă își rezervă dreptul de a transmite două răspunsuri consolidate, în conformitate cu prevederile art. 172 alin. (2) și art. 173 alin. (1) din Legea nr. 99/2016, după cum urmează: – un prim răspuns consolidat, transmis cel tarziu în a 11-a zi înainte de data-limită inițială de depunere a ofertelor; – un al doilea răspuns consolidat, transmis cel tarziu în a 11-a zi înainte de data-limită modificată de depunere a ofertelor, în situația în care termenul de depunere a ofertelor este prelungit, în condițiile art. 163 din Legea nr. 99/2016. with tender notice no. 425326-2026 published on 22 Jun 2026.
