Bids must be delivered to the secretariat of the project at or before 19 May 2023 at 10 am local time. All bids shall be accompanied by a bid security of One million Rwandan Francs (1,000,000 Rwf)
Bids will be opened in the presence of bidders or their representatives who choose to attend at Better World Rwanda/ Rwamagana office in the conference room on 19 May, 2023 immediately after submission of bids. The Outer envelope should clearly indicate the tender name and number.
