TENDER NOTICE FOR HIRING A CONSULTANCY FIRM TO CONDUCT CONSTRUCTION ENGINEERING (STUDIES)
DUHAMIC - ADRI is a local No Government Organization based in Kigali City, Niboye Sector in Kicukiro District. DUHARANIRA AMAJYAMBERE Y’ICYARO (DUHAMIC –ADRI) seeks to hire a consultancy firm to carry out the project studies aiming at extension of its headquarters, renovation works and relocation of SOSOMA factory machines.
The consultancy Company/ firm will be expected to do these services on a time-based contract for the above-mentioned required Services.
A compulsory site visit is scheduled on Thursday 6 July 2023 at DUHAMIC-ADRI Headquarters in Kicukiro District at 2:00 PM local Time. The Tender Document will be obtained at DUHAMIC-ADRI head offices located in Niboye /Kicukiro, Kigali City, Phone: +250788305329 during working days.
ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA
All applicants should meet the following criteria
Have a demonstrated experience of providing similar services with a minimum of 5 years of Experience
Have strong team as indicated in the RFP.
Have conducted similar 5 (five) projects study of same complexity.
HOW TO APPLY
Interested Consultancy firms should submit their bid documents to the address mentioned above the following documents:
Submission Letter signed and stamped by Company representative.
Full Detailed Company profile.
A minimum of 5 references of similar works.
RDB Registration certificate.
VAT Certificate. (Firm should be registered in VAT with EBM machine ver.2)
RRA tax clearance.
CVs of Technical Team
Well printed proposals, properly bound presented in two copies must be submitted in sealed envelopes at DUHAMIC-ADRI head offices located in Niboye /Kicukiro, Kigali City, Phone: +250788305329 not later than 13/07/2023 at 10:00 AM local time. The public opening session is planned the same day at 10h30 AM local time.
The proposals will remain valid for 90 days starting from the deadline of their submission. Late proposals will be rejected. Electronic bids are not permissible.
