TENDER TITLE: OFFICE PARTITIONING AND PAINTING OF 9TH FLOOR
SOURCE OF FUND: BDF BUDGET
Business Development Fund (BDF) hereinafter called ‘’Client” invites the eligible companies to submit their offers for the “Office partitioning and painting of 9th floor”.
The tender is composed of one indivisible lot.
Tender Document may be obtained by lodging a request to “procurementbdf@bdf.rw” with presentation of a prepaid bank slip of a non-refundable fee of Ten Thousand Rwanda francs (10,000 Frw) deposited to the account N° 040-0335373-77 of BRD DEVELOPMENT FUND (BDF) opened at Bank of Kigali (BK);
All bids “shall” be accompanied by a “Bid Security” of 1,800,000Frw from recognized commercial banks. The bid security shall be valid until thirty days after the bid validity period.
Enquiries regarding this tender may be addressed to the BDF Head Office/ M. PEACE PLAZA, 5th Floor (Central Town) or to the e-mail: procurementbdf@bdf.rw, or toll free: 4777.
An optional site visit will be conducted on 19/9./2022 from 10:00a.m up to 11:00a.m at BDF Head Office located at 5th Floor, Commercial Wing of M.PEACE PLAZA, Central Town.
Well printed bids, properly bound and presented in 3 copies one of which is the original must reach the BDF Head Office Reception located at the address mentioned above not later than 29/09/2022 at 3:00 pm local time. Late bids will be rejected.
The Outer envelope should clearly indicate the tender number, name and title.
Bids will be opened in the presence of bidders or their representatives who wish to attend at the BDF board room on the same day at 3:30 pm prompt local time.
The bids will remain valid for 120 days starting from the deadline for their submission.
