The COOPERATIVE OF PROGRESS AND FINANCING -INEZA (CPF INEZA) hereby invites qualified bidders with proven capabilities and experience to submit their bids to the tender for partitioning works and construction of strong room of his branches (MUGINA & NYABUGOGO).
A complete set of bidding documents is in English may be obtained by interested bidders at CPF Headquarter, from Tuesday 25th September, upon payment of no refundable fees of Ten Thousand Rwandan Francs (10,000FRW) to be deposed on the account number 00056-00291268-62 of CPF INEZA opened in Bank of Kigali (BK), or deposed at any CPF INEZA teller.
A site visit is scheduled to take place on Monday 9th /10/2023 at 10h00 a.m local time at Nyabugogo at IHURIRO HOUSE LTD known as KAIZEN Hotel, and the same date at 14h00 at existing CPF INEZA Mugina branch.
Bid prepared in English or French must be submitted in 3 documents, original and 2 copies at Reception of CPF INEZA Headquarter at not later than 14th/10/2023 at 10h00 local time. Late bids will be rejected and return unopened and the opening will be the same day at 10h30 a.m local time.
