For this contract, the Borrower shall process the payments using the direct payment disbursement method, as defined in the Bank’s Disbursement Guidelines and procedures for Investment Project Financing, except for those payments, which the contract provides to be made through a letter of credit. The University of Rwanda now invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the supply, installation and training of 3D printer for metal for CEBE building (Three dimension (3D) printer for metal) as detailed in the bidding document. The tender is comprised by only one (1) Lot above mentioned. Bidding will be conducted through the Open Competitive Bidding (International), (OCBI) method as specified in the Bank’s Procurement Framework the Procurement Policy for Bank Group Funded Operations, dated October 2015 and is open to all eligible bidders as defined in the Procurement Framework. Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information from the University of Rwanda - Single Project Implementation Unit (SPIU) - Kicukiro Campus, Kigali - Rwanda - Procurement Office.
