The price should include all applicable local taxes and all costs related to the project. Interested bidders should also submit the following documents:
Detailed company profile
Tax clearance certificate or equivalent
Company registration certificate
Proof of vendor partnership of at least 3 years
Audited financial statements of the last 3 years to prove financial capacity
Performance certificates for a successful implementation of similar services
