Non-submission/Partial submission of commercial/technical documents mentioned above by any supplier will lead to a rejection of the entire bid. 3.2 Technical Assessment The bidders are encouraged to include a company profile that displays they fulfil the eligibility requirements. The technical specification of each item proposed must meet the technical requirements as described above. The offer must provide clear and complete specifications of items proposed. 3.3 Financial Evaluation The financial evaluation will be done only in respect of those firms, which meet the eligibility criteria and the technical requirements.
