The participation to the competition is open on equal conditions to all companies specialized in the field that meet the minimum qualification criteria as stated in the SBD. Bidding will be conducted through open competition procedures specified in the Procurement User Manual of REG as updated to date,
Tender Documents may be obtained on any working day starting from 7:00 am to 5:00 pm at EUCL Headquarter, KN82 ST Nyarugenge District, 1st Floor, Room N° G114, the Secretariat Office of the Procurement Management of EUCL, E-mail: procurement-eucl@eucl.reg.rw, sumubyeyi@eucl.reg.rw upon presentation of a proof payment of a non-refundable fee of Ten thousand Rwandan Francs (10,000Frw) deposited to Account N° 25044962001 opened at I & M Bank, Rwanda.
Well printed bids, properly bound and presented in two copies one of which one is the original must reach the Secretariat of the Procurement Management at the address mentioned above not later than 19/04/ 2023 at 10:00 am. Late bids and electronics bids will be rejected and returned unopened. The bids should be well sealed and addressed to the following address:
Bids will be opened in the presence of bidders or their representatives who choose to attend at EUCL main boardroom on 19/04/ 2023 at 10:30am.
All bids shall be accompanied by a Bid Security of 2,400,000Frw issued by a reputable financial institution recognized in Rwanda with validity of 150 days from the submission date. with tender notice no. 11.07.022/355/G/NCB/22-23/PROC/ DCS-EUCL /MD /AZ/su published on 23 Mar 2023.
