In partnership with Interpeace, HAGURUKA and PFR, DIDE is implementing a project entitled “Reinforcing community capacity for social cohesion and reconciliation through Societal Trauma Healing in Rwanda”. As part of the program activities, DIDE is looking for eligible company to supply equipment and materials for TVETs located in Ngoma and Nyamagabe correctional facilities. Offer Deadline and Protocol: Offers must be received no later than 05:00PM local Kigali time on April 16th, 2023 by email delivery.
