WVR is seeking a Technical Writer (individual consultant) to support in the design and development of a full proposal of the USAID RFA (Request for Application) for “Strengthening Pathways to Language, Literacy, and Learning for Deaf Learners (SPLD)”. Participation to the competition is therefore open and on equal conditions. Instructions to bidders: All interested bidders shall express their interest on this EXOI latest on 18th April 2023 at 5:00 pm (the details provided will serve to create the profile of the consultant in WVR e-procurement system “Coupa”); the Terms of references are attached.
