GENERAL statement of work:
US Consulate General Jeddah, require the services of qualified contractor to
fabricate and install steel storage cages in the new SDA storage room. The work
shall include but not be limited to:
1.1.1 Submit detailed shop drawings showing the room, cages and what the final
situation of the room after the cages’ installation. The submitted drawings
shall show the optimum utilization of the available area.
1.1.2 Fabricate (12) cages with approximate cage dimensions:
L: 3500mm x W:1450mm x H: 2500mm.
1.1.3 Install (12) cages.
1.2 Contractor’s Quality Control
1.2.1 The Contractor is responsible for quality and shall establish and maintain
an effective quality control system.
1.2.2 The Contractor shall submit the Quality Control Plan (QCP) to the
Contracting Officer Representative (COR) within seven (7) calendar days after
Contract Award.
1.3 Safety and Occupational Health
1.3.1 The Contractor shall conduct frequent safety, health, and housekeeping
inspections of temporary structures, fabrication shops, material, machinery, and
equipment at the Project Site.
1.3.2 Contractor shall follow all health and safety issues related to the job and as
directed by the Post Safety Officer.
1.3.3 The Contractor shall provide the required Personal Protective Equipment
for the Contractors’ personnel to perform the required job.
1.3.4 Contractor shall provide quality hand tools, power tools, equipment,
