The Late bids will not be accepted. Tenders will be opened in the presence of the representatives of the candidates present at the address below: Conference room of the General Directorate of the National Office for Sanitation of Senegal (ONAS) Cité TP SOM Villa N° 4 Hann – Dakar no later than Wednesday July 12, 2023 at 10:30 a.m. (GMT). Bids must include a bid guarantee issued by a financial institution approved by the Ministry of Finance and Budget, amounting to thirty million (30,000,000) FCFA. The tender security must remain valid for 28 days after the expiry of the period of validity of the tender. Tenders must remain valid for a period of 120 days from the deadline for submission.
Provide a line of credit certificate for an amount of 400,000,000 FCFA issued by a bank approved by the Ministry of Budget and Finance; • Have an average annual turnover of 2,000,000,000 FCFA over the last 3 years from 2019 (year 2019 to 2021) • Experience in construction contracts as a main contractor, member of a group, contractor or subcontractor over the last 10 years from January 1 of the year 2013; • Experience of two (02) similar contracts of a minimum amount of 1,575,000,000 FCFA each executed during the last ten (10) years from January 1, 2013 and • Specific experience over the last ten years (since the January 1, 2013) in which it is required: o Work to supply, transport and lay 1000 ml of PVC gravity pipes with a diameter > or equal to 250 or; o Construction work on a pumping or water lifting station in an urban area.
