Tenders must remain valid for a period of 120 days from the deadline for submission for an amount of: Lot n°1: 18,000,000 FCFA - Have achieved over the past three (03) years (2019, 2020 and 2021) an average annual turnover of One Billion Two Hundred Million CFA Francs (1,200,000,000 F CFA) by providing the financial statements of the three years duly audited and certified by a chartered accountant member of ONNECCA in accordance with local legislation; - Be able to provide proof of cash and/or credit facilities from a banking establishment approved by the Ministry in charge of finance of the eligible countries for a minimum amount of Two Hundred Million CFA Francs (200,000,000 FCFA) by providing a certificate line of credit; - Have carried out, over the past five years (2018, 2019, 2020 2021 and 2022), at least two (02) work projects of similar size and complexity (construction works of buildings or fence walls) of a minimum value of Five Hundred Million CFA Francs (500,000,000 FCFA) for each of the two contracts to be justified by providing certificates of services rendered or of proper performance issued by a Contracting Authority (contracts and/or certificates of services rendered subcontracting will not be accepted); - Provide a technical proposal for the execution of the works which will include an execution methodology, a work schedule or general schedule of the works and the sources of supply in sufficient detail, and in accordance with the requirements defined in Section VII. Specifications of the Works; - Propose the key personnel and the required equipment, - Comply with the load plan required in the DAO..
