The SOLID WASTE MANAGEMENT COORDINATION UNIT in Senegal from African region had released this tender for Tenders are invited for Construction Works of the Sorting and Transfer Center (CTT) & Mbeubeuss Landfill Composting Platform Have carried out as main contractor, member of a consortium, assembly contractor, or subcontractor a minimum number of similar contracts stipulated below, in a satisfactory and completed for the most part executed during the last five (05) years from January 1, 2018 until the deadline for submission of tenders: • a) Two ( 02) contracts for the construction of large-scale industrial infrastructure d a minimum amount of six (06) billion FCFA. • b) For the contracts referenced above or for other contracts executed as main contractor, member of a consortium, or subcontractor since January 1 of the year 2018, one (1) minimum construction experience Satisfactorily completed and substantially completed, in the following key activities: o 150,000 m3 of earthworks (cut and/or fill); o 5000 m² of Steel Structure o Design, manufacture, supply and installation of a Sorting Unit (Manual Sorting Belt of Minimum Length 15m + Sorting Line + Sorting Structure) All contracts must be accompanied by a certificate of services rendered and/or certificate of good performance duly stamped and signed by the contracting authority of the project in question with the references of the project and the amount. NB: The tenderer must justify, in addition to the service certificates relating to this criterion, that he has a certification or equivalent in the design, manufacture, supply and installation of a waste sorting unit. • Financial capacity requirements (i) The Bidder must demonstrate that it has liquid assets or has access to unencumbered assets or lines of credit, etc. other than the possible start-up advance, to amounts sufficient to meet the cash requirements necessary for the execution of the works subject of this Call for Tenders up to One Billion Seven Hundred and Fifty Million (1,750,000,000) FCFA and net of its other commitments; with tender notice no.
