The Regional Office of the Danish Refugee Council based in Senegal, is seeking proposals for an Advisor for legal advisory services in financial, labor and commercial law. The legal services offered must comply with all Senegalese regulations and protect the DRC against any litigation.
The purpose of this RFP is to conclude a contract with a legal consultancy firm in the DRC.
All legal requirements applicable to the activities of the Danish Refugee Council must be identified comprehensively, i.e. each requirement requested in the advice and in the preparation of documents must be timely in accordance with the legal deadlines of the standards, laws , resolutions and/or other regulations in force in Colombia.
Physical and legal support is also expected during meetings with the various legal entities, both in convocations and in conciliations with people external and internal to the organization.
We also seek legal representation from the consulting firm when necessary in order to represent the organization in legal proceedings or contract negotiations.
The consulting firm must provide virtual, telephone and in-person support to DRC and prepare legal documents based on the required request. The responses of the consulting firm must be targeted and supported in the various legal regulations.
The firm, if necessary, will organize training sessions for the organization's staff in order to increase understanding of legal aspects in the context of the implementation of DRC activities. with tender notice no.
