No other costs will be paid to the consultant other than those granted on the basis of his financial offer which will have been negotiated and validated. The consultant will not be able to benefit from the advantages of HI or CARE employees (transport, meal allowance, computer access, badge or entry key, equipment, etc.). The payment of his service will be made in several installments, namely: · 40% upon signature of the contract; · 20% after validation of the framework note (including data collection tools) · 40% upon validation of the final report of the study Tenders must include the proven experience of the tenderer as well as a technical and financial offer, i.e. the following documents: · About the design office or the professional consultant – A curriculum vitae of the independent professional consultant or consulting firm – References of the independent professional consultant or the consulting firm (experiences in similar studies, etc.) – Proof of registration of the firm or consultant – The CNI or passport copy of the consultant · About the technical and financial proposal – A technical/methodological proposal to carry out this consultancy, including at least: An update of the terms of reference; proposal of a methodology; highlighting the skills and possibilities of the consultant. – A financial proposal including tax written in FCFA/and Euros including at least details on the consultancy fees and the operational costs of the consultancy such as travel expenses if necessary. The financial proposal must be separated into “fees” and “expenses”.
