Any candidate with (05) specific references or more obtains the maximum score of thirty (30) points. - Sub-regional or local references: these concern all the general or specific references provided and relating to the services provided in West Africa in the fields of activity covered by this Expression of Interest. Each accepted reference counts for four (04) points. Any candidate with five (05) references or more obtains the maximum score of twenty (20) points. SAED will draw up a shortlist of a maximum of six (06) candidates, pre-selected on the basis of the applications received, to whom it will send the Request for Proposals File for the performance of the required services.
