Tenders are invited for Recruitment of a Consultant to Support the Knowledge Transfer Process The objectives of the consultancy General objective : Support the SANSAS project team in the different phases of the deployment of knowledge transfer Specific objectives : 0S1: Support the organization of a 2.5-day writing workshop to synthesize the research work carried out by LARTES within the framework of the project. OS2: Write two policy briefs resulting from the research work carried out by LARTES within the framework of the project. SO3: Write the dissemination support to partners based on policy briefs. OS4: Write a good practice guide on the service offer deployed within the framework of the project: data collection, analysis. OS5: Support the system to be deployed during the coaching activity implemented OS6: Accompany the production process of the other deliverables planned as part of the transfer of knowledge. Expected deliverables · 2 political notes · 1 support for the dissemination of political notes · 1 good practice guide on the service offer deployed as part of the project · 1 TDR for the coaching device g Required profile The consultant will be selected on the basis of their qualifications as well as their experience on a similar subject. The following criteria will be particularly appreciated: · Proven experience in supporting the design of knowledge transfer plans · Proven knowledge in public health and more specifically on the reproductive health of adolescents and young people in Senegal · Excellent writing skills · Experience working with NGOs in West Africa Required documentation to submit In order to apply for our call for tenders, it will be essential to provide us with the following information: A technical offer including: · the detailed CV of the consultant · Physical and tax ID (identity) of the tenderer (copy of identity card or copy of the Chamber of Commerce register and tax identification number and if applicable, proof of VAT liability); · Example(s) of previous work related to the subject of the consultancy.
