(ii) Component two: Development of training plan and programs: Development of a Training Plan and Training Programs for the STEM, Entrepreneurship and Financial Education for teachers, trainers and leaders. The component will also involve a sensitization workshop for teachers, training and leaders on the TVET Policy, competency-based education and training and pedagogical skills. (iii) Component three: Project Management and monitoring: Day to day management of the project activities, conducting procurement processes, requesting disbursement from the Bank, accounting for the funds received, production and timely submission of implementation and financial reports; and organize the financial audit at the end of the project. published on 05 Sep 2023.
