Conditions: · Contractors must be able to demonstrate capability to perform works worth of SR.500,000 of similar nature either government/private works. · Bidders must not have any ongoing project(s) with any Public Procuring Entity; 1. Which has/have delayed beyond the respective completion date(s) set out in the respective Contract(s) due to delays attributable to the Contractor or 1. Where actual progress of works has fallen behind the expected progress, due to delays attributed to the Contractor. PLACE OF PERFORMANCE: Baie Lazare Health Center PERFORMANCE PERIOD: 32 Calendar Weeks ACCESS TO TENDER DOSSIER: The tender Dossiers can be obtained from Seychelles Infrastructure Agency (SIA) at the Ministry of Land & Housing (MLH) Office, 2nd Floor, Independence House as of Wednesday 11th October 2023from 10:00 am to 2:00 pm upon payment of a non-refundable fee of SR 500.00 each and deadline date for obtaining the dossier shall be not later Tuesday 17th October 2023 than 12:00 pm. Potential Bidders shall provide a copy of the valid license, and the Business Registration Number / NINand a copy of the Tax Clearance Certificate for the Financial Year 2023 upon purchase of the tender dossier. Potential Bidder shall be allowed to inspect the tender dossier prior to purchase. PRE–BID MEETING / SITE VISIT: A mandatory site information meeting/site visit has been organized on Wednesday 18th October 2023 at 10:00 am. The meeting point shall be at the Existing Baie Lazare Health Centre. Failure to attend the site information meeting/site visit will result in the disqualification of the bidder.
