Subject: Renovation works of the SYNC building at Perseverance 2 Place of Performance : Perseverance 2 Performance Period : Eight (8) Weeks from commencement date. Access to tender Dossier : The tender Dossiers can be obtained at the Ministry of Local Government & Community Affairs, Oceangate House, Accounts Section, 2nd Floor Room 235 as of Tuesday 10th October, 2023 at 0830Hrs to 1200Hrs and 1300Hrs to 1400Hrs against payment of a non-refundable fee of SR250/- each Closing date for Dossier : The closing date for obtaining the tender dossier is Monday16thOctober, 2023 at 1400Hrs. Details of site visit : A mandatory site visit & informative meeting will be conducted on Tuesday 17th October, 2023 at 10:00Hrs.(Seychelles Time). The meeting place shall be at Perseverance 2 DA’s office. Failure to attend the Informative Meeting and the Site Visit will lead to bids being declared unresponsive during the evaluation process. Bidders shall show proof of their Valid license & Company of registration upon purchase of the tender dossier. Potential bidders shall be allowed to inspect the tender dossier prior to purchase.
