Combined electricity supply for the period 2027 – 2029

The Východoslovenská vodárenská spolo: a.s. in Slovakia from Europe region has released this tender for The subject of the contract entitled "Joint Electricity Supply for VVS for the period 2027 - 2029" is: 1) the supply of electricity to the contracting authority's (hereinafter referred to as the "OM") points of sale, the full list of which is contained in Annex No. 1 of Chapter B.1 Description of the subject of the contract to the tender documents, according to the actual needs of the contracting authority, in the required quality and with a guarantee of electricity supply for the entire period of validity of the contract for the joint supply of electricity concluded based on the results of the public tender; 2) ensuring electricity distribution, transmission, access to the system, regulated distribution services from the distribution system operator to which the points of sale are connected, ensuring other related services, including the payment to the National Nuclear Fund pursuant to Government Regulation No. 21/2019 Coll., which establishes the amount of the annual levy intended for the payment of the historical debt from the supplied electricity by the end consumer of electricity and details on the method of its collection for the National Nuclear Fund, its use and the method and deadlines for its payment, as amended; 3) assumption of responsibility for the deviation of the contracting authority in its entirety, for all consumption points, in accordance with the Decree of the Regulatory Authority for Network Industries No. 207/2023 Coll., which establishes the rules for the functioning of the internal electricity market, the content requirements of the operating rules of the system operator, the organizer of the short-term electricity market and the scope of business conditions that are part of the operating rules of the system operator, as amended, towards the deviation settler. The assumption of responsibility for the deviation of the contracting authority in its entirety, towards the deviation settlement agent, will be part of the tenderer's fee for the purchase of electricity - coefficient K, calculated and expressed in EUR excluding VAT / MWh, rounded to three (3) decimal places, which is a criterion for the evaluation of the tenders; 4) related customer, data and billing services and professional energy consultancy to the extent according to Chapter B.1 Description of the subject of the contract of the tender documents and the draft contract with tender notice no. 686967-2026 published on 07 Oct 2026.
