Only those suppliers who are included in the DNS can then be sent a call for tenders and therefore have the right to submit a tender, and therefore the contracting authority recommends that suppliers submit a request for inclusion in the DNS by the expiry of the deadline for submitting applications specified in these tender documents. At the moment after the announcement of an individual specific contract, unincluded suppliers can no longer apply for the announced contract, but after their inclusion, the contracting authority will be able to send them a call for tenders for another announced contract. This means that it is possible to send a request for inclusion in the DNS throughout its duration, but the contracting authority can only send a call for a specific individual contract to such a supplier after his inclusion, and it is not possible to additionally include someone in an already announced contract.
