Description : The purpose of the contract is to improve the quality of risk and access management, ensure security, operation of information systems and networks, ensure continuity of operation of information systems of the operator of basic services of the city of Trstená and introduce processes and activities to support cyber and information security (hereinafter referred to as "KIB"). The project will implement a comprehensive technological solution consisting of the following measures: a) Deployment of an information system for risk identification and management pursuant to Act No. 69/2018 Coll. on Cybersecurity (hereinafter referred to as the “ZoKB” and the Decree of the National Security Office (hereinafter referred to as the “NBÚ”) No. 362/2018 Coll., which establishes the content of security measures, the content and structure of security documentation and the scope of general security measures (hereinafter referred to as the “NBÚ Decree”) (§6) in terms of management, revision and updating of the necessary documentation. b) Development of business continuity within the meaning of the ZoKB – business continuity management (hereinafter referred to as “BCM” within the meaning of the ZoKB and the NBU Decree.
