Providing citizen information services through a call center

The Ministry of Economy of the Slovak Republic in Slovakia from Europe region has released this tender for The purpose of the call center is to ensure that citizens are informed to the maximum extent possible on the topic of energy assistance, who will be able to contact it as one of the forms of prepared support. We expect that a large number of citizens will use the telephone form as one of the basic forms of information. We assume that this will mainly be older people, people from socially weaker groups, etc. The call center's activities will mainly consist of providing basic/general information on energy assistance, by telephone and e-mail, and checking whether a citizen is or is not entitled to receive energy assistance. In the event that the calling citizen has not met the conditions for receiving energy assistance, it will make efforts to indicate further possible steps/suggested solutions for resolving the identified discrepancies. If the situation requires it, it will provide the citizen with a service in the form of sending a complaint to the back office (hereinafter referred to as the "BO") of the Ministry of Economy of the Slovak Republic.
