Reduction of energy demand NsP Prievidza with headquarters in Bojnica - construction works

The Trenčín Self-Governing Region in Slovakia from Europe region has released this tender for Construction works are focused on the renovation of individual pavilions of the hospital area with polyclinic for the purpose of reducing energy consumption and operation from the perspective of energy savings in individual buildings. This mainly involves the insulation of building perimeter walls, insulation of roof structures, comprehensive replacement of window and door fillings in perimeter walls of individual pavilions, partial reconstruction of heating systems of individual buildings, and implementation of new so-called green technologies such as photovoltaic panels. The execution of this tender item consists of: • execution of the work according to the technical specifications - see Appendix E.1, Appendix E.2 and requirements of Appendix E.3 of these tender documents, in the sense of the relevant authorities expressions within the construction process, construction permit and building modifications notification. • a warranty period of 5 years from completion and delivery of the work. The construction will be delivered for use after completion of individual construction objects progressively according to the possibility of operation based on taking over protocols and certification of individual objects. The construction can be certified per object. The applicant acknowledges that the works will be carried out under full operation of the building where healthcare services are provided. Any possible accidental or unintentional shutdown, malfunction or other prevention of use of part of the object that was not approved by the construction authority (hospital management) may lead to health and life risks for patients. All works must be planned and carried out with consideration that the objects will be in full operation during the reconstruction.
