RIS SED Monarch technical support extension

The Slovak Electricity Transmission System, Inc. in Slovakia from Europe region has released this tender for The subject of the contract is the Contract on the provision of technical support for the continuous operation of RIS SED Monarch (HDC, ZDC, DTS) for the period from the entry into force of the contractual relationship, but not earlier than from 01.01.2027 for a period of 6 months. RIS SED Monarch is the control information system of the Slovak Energy Dispatching Office, it represents a unique specific system of HW and SW equipment ensuring the control of the transmission of electricity from the electricity generation facility to the distribution network, interstate transmission of electricity and the reliability of the entire electricity system of the Slovak Republic. The subject of the Agreement on the provision of RIS SED Monarch technical support is the obligation of the Provider to provide the Customer with technical support related to the use of RIS SED Monarch, further specified in point 3.2 of the Agreement on the provision of RIS SED Monarch technical support (hereinafter referred to as "Technical Support") and the obligation of the Customer to pay the agreed contractual price for the Technical Support provided in a timely manner in accordance with Article V. of the Agreement on the provision of RIS SED Monarch technical support. When providing Technical Support, the Provider undertakes to perform the following activities: - Development and support (minor adjustments according to the needs and requirements of end users - on-demand services); - Preventive control; - SW security updates (on-demand services); - Customer support (Hotline, Fault logbook, service and fault protocols, evaluation and recording of service activities once a month); - Golden support from Open Systems International, Inc. and Maintenance fee; - Support for RIS SED Monarch - specific modules; - Support for 3rd. party and Cyber ​​Security SW; - Provision of technical support for additional devices; - Operational provision of repairs (service on request).
