The Bratislava - Ru inov city district in Slovakia from Europe region has released this tender for 1 The subject of the contract is construction work to eliminate the shortcomings of the current state of the floor of two terraces terrace A B which form the entrance to the Bratislava-Ru inov Local Authority building The main part of the repair of the terraces is 1 1 replacement of two exterior entrance staircases accessible from the sidewalk on Mierov Street namely one staircase before the entrance to the building and a staircase leading from the parking lot under the terraces terraces A B 1 2 reconstruction of the exterior ramp accessible from Mierov Street leading to terrace B and the ramp located on terrace B before the entrance to the building The subject of the contract is also construction work to implement a significant renovation of the Bratislava-Ru inov Local Authority building and the implementation of water retention measures The Bratislava-Ru inov Local Authority building consists of five blocks AE which are dilated between each other A- administration technical floor two administrative floors B- connecting corridor technical floor one operational floor C- administration technical floor five administrative floors D- connecting corridor technical floor one operational floor E- large meeting room technical floor one operational floor The main construction works on the Bratislava-Ru inov Local Authority building consist of 1 3 insulation of the perimeter structures facade of the building 1 4 insulation of the roof covering of the building 1 5 implementation of a photovoltaic power plant with an output of 99kw on the roofs of blocks A C 1 6 implementation of extensive vegetation roofs on blocks B D 1 7 replacement of selected window and door structures on the building 1 8 replacement of locksmith products in the facility 1 9 rehabilitation of technical and technological equipment in the facility 1 10 implementation of water retention measures diverting rainwater from roofs and paved areas 1 11 rehabilitation of existing paved areas and surrounding small buildings escape staircase of facility E garbage shelter behind facility C 2 The performance of the order also includes the removal of waste and its disposal in a landfill while waste management will be governed by the relevant generally binding legal regulations 3 In the event that any of the parameters used or the range of parameters identifies a specific type of product or a product of a specific manufacturer the public contracting authority allows such a product to be replaced by an equivalent product or equivalent technical solution provided that the equivalent product or equivalent technical solution meets the utility operational functional and aesthetic characteristics that are necessary to ensure the purpose for which the said facilities are intended For products and accessories of a specific brand the tenderer may also submit equivalents of another brand of the same or higher quality The same applies if a specific product name is specified somewhere in the description of the subject of the contract 4 The contracting authority reserves the right to decide on a change in the scope of the construction works performed during the performance of the subject of the contract 5 The scope of the contract is defined in the bill of quantities Annex No 15 of the tender documents and in the project documentation Annex No 16 of the tender documents with tender notice no. 670248-2026 published on 07 Oct 2026.
