The Fakultná nemocnica s poliklinikou FD Roosevelta Banská Bystrica in Slovakia from Europe region has released this tender for Ultrasound devices including related services for the needs of the FD Roosevelt University Hospital and Polyclinic Banská Bystrica The subject of the contract is divided into 2 parts depending on the required parameters in the following scope: Part No. 1 Ultrasound device for radiology including related services Part No. 2 Ultrasound device for intra-operative procedures including related services The equipment must be new, unused, not refurbished with the minimum technical-medical and functional parameters specified by the public contracting authority. We require the delivery of equipment that is approved for import and sale in the Slovak Republic or within the European Union and will comply with valid international standards, STN, generally binding legal regulations and which has been assigned a valid ŠUKL code. The offered equipment must meet the defined technical specification. If the public contracting authority identifies a product of a specific manufacturer in the specification of the subject of the contract, a summary of some of the listed parameters or a range of parameters, it shall allow the possibility of submitting an equivalent in the tender, provided that such equipment meets the requirements for the performance, operational and functional characteristics that are necessary to ensure the purpose for which the equipment is intended. The burden of proof of identifying the product of a specific manufacturer and meeting the performance, operational and functional characteristics lies with the candidate. The subject of the contract includes related services, namely for each part: - delivery of instrumentation to the designated location, - installation, - functional test, - protocol acceptance and handover of instrumentation, - handover of documentation, - professional training of operators, - full authorized service support for a period of at least 24 months, including mandatory preventive inspections and technical checks, which are stipulated by legal regulations and the manufacturer for the offered instrumentation. The interested party guarantees the functionality of the instrumentation by supplying and pricing all components that are part of the instrumentation, including those that are not specified in the description of the subject of the contract and that are directly or indirectly related to the functionality of the instrumentation. The public contracting authority reserves the right to test the offered instrumentation in order to verify the required technical and functional specifications. The price offer will consist of the price for all activities related to the delivery, installation, and servicing of instrumentation, to the extent that corresponds to the full functionality of the instrumentation. with tender notice no. 709284-2026 published on 14 Oct 2026.
