Construction of a solar power plant in Zagorje ob Savi with a battery storage system for electricity

The HOLDING SLOVENSKE ELEKTRARNE d.o.o. in Slovenia from Europe region has released this tender for The subject of this public procurement is the design, supply, installation or placement, testing and commissioning of a solar power plant Zagorje on the Sava with an installed capacity of 1.38 MWp and the associated battery energy storage system (BHEE) with a capacity of 1.25 MW and 5 MWh, together with all necessary equipment for operation and management and connection to the HSE control center. The procurement will be carried out on the site of the closed municipal waste disposal facility Kamnolom Zagorje in the municipality of Zagorje on the Sava. The procurement also includes photovoltaic modules, racking systems, prefabricated reinforced concrete foundations, cable connections, grounding and roof protection, BHEE, a transformer substation with a transformer capacity of 1.6 MVA, and all necessary electrical and network equipment. It also includes construction works, drainage, and planned maintenance works for the waste disposal facility, maintenance paths and fencing, connection to the medium voltage (MV) distribution network, implementation of telecommunications connections in accordance with the connection agreement, and similar. The selected supplier must prepare all necessary documentation, including the implementation project (PZI), the executed works project (PID), the object reliability certificate (DZO), and the operation and maintenance instructions (NOV). The supplier must also carry out necessary tests, measurements, commissioning, staff training, and all other activities within the scope of the contractual agreement required for the successful completion of the technical review and obtaining the operational permit. The procurement will be conducted under the "key in hand" principle, in accordance with the FIDIC Red Book 1999 (hereinafter referred to as the contract or contractual documentation). The procuring entity aims to have this public procurement financed by the European Union funds from the Justice and Home Affairs (JHA) in the context of the European Cohesion Policy for the period 2021–2027 in Slovenia.
