4. Availability of 4 m3 storage space outside the office for additional furniture
5. Use of shared toilet facilities for the office.
6. Dedicated UN-Habitat wireless network with a min. 10 Mbps ul/dl speed for the office space
7. 24/7 power with generator backup
8. One covered space for project vehicle (parking)
9. One ensuite standard room with all amenities: furnished, 24/7 potable water, power, internet, refrigerator, cleaning services (specify food rate extra). The room must be usable by other UN-Habitat staff during times where the principal occupant is absent.
10. The contractor to provide drinking water for UN-Habitat staff in the premises.
