Tenders are invited for Rehabilitation of Kahda and Elasha TB Facilities 1 Remove the Roof and ceiling completely, clear all demolished debris from site and properly dispose with out environmental damage m² 80.4 2 Construction of concrete hallow block walls (40x20) strong enough to will 1.6 free fall proficienaly produced (this is for partition wall) m² 8 3 Construction of concrete hallow block walls (40x20) strong enough to will 1.6 free fall proficienaly produced (brick table of the la room) this also includes installation of while tiles on the table m² 5 4 Remove all Minor cracks, and damage surface appearing on the wall both internal and external by using 1:3 Cement sand and plaster properly m² 78 5 Plastering newly constructed walls using 1:3 cement sand ratio. Use wire mesh at joints of existing wall and newly constructed wall to prevent crack development. Make sure joints of part of existing walls and newly constructed aligned smoothed m² 26 6 Remove old painting of existed wall completely m² 188 7 (External wall and internal walls): Apply one coat of prime and two coats of Rough texture painting with shinings (and smoothing all internal walls m² 188 8 30cm Backfilling using Selected materials (Caro-kawo), placed inlayers,20cm and 10cm, levelling, watering and Compacting, using suitable compaction machine m³ 5 9 Apply 8cm this plan concrete m² 13.5 10 Supply and install Class 1 quality floor Tiles (40x40) cm properly placed and aligned using high quality Adhesive materials. Tiles should be either EMARATI, Tarshish or equivalent with Guidance SC engineer. The should be non-Slippery type with consideration user's safety. This is for only the waiting area m² 13.5 11 Construct complete Lean of roof including truss using 150x25mm, 80x40,50x25, 50x25 purlins.
